AllScale and TinyFish jointly launch a $2 million accelerator to help top AI agent developers monetize their applicationsBlockBeats News, March 12, according to official sources, the self-custody stablecoin digital bank AllScale announced that it has partnered with TinyFish as a core collaborator to launch a $2 million accelerator project. AllScale stated that this move aims to deliver its payment infrastructure to top AI agent developers ahead of the curve, providing developers with leading technical support and commercialization opportunities. Currently, anyone can use tools like Claude Code and Codex to quickly turn their deep understanding of a particular industry and user group into a startup with huge potential—creating an early-stage usable AI product or AI Agent may only take a few hours or even less. However, AI agents still face two core bottlenecks: they cannot freely access information and use functions on the internet, and they cannot freely make and receive payments. TinyFish and AllScale are here to solve these issues—offering entrepreneurs the simplest AI browser integration and self-custody digital banking and digital payment solutions. Each founder in the accelerator will gain direct access to the AllScale platform, enabling them to quickly monetize their applications. AllScale calls on developers building real-time web applications to actively apply. The accelerator is now open for rolling applications, aiming to help more innovative teams achieve product launch and commercial success.

The EU plans to cut off supplies to Rwandan troops in Mozambique, which may affect the security of African liquefied natural gas.Golden Ten Data reported on March 12 that the European Union approved funding of 20 million euros in 2024 to support the Rwandan Defense Forces in carrying out missions in Mozambique’s gas-rich Cabo Delgado province, which is consistent with the amount of aid agreed upon about two years ago. The European Council stated that the funds, allocated under the “European Peace Facility,” are intended to cover personal equipment and logistical expenses. Last week, the U.S. Treasury imposed sanctions on the Rwandan Defense Forces, accusing them of supporting, training, and fighting alongside the “March 23 Movement” rebels in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo. It remains unclear what impact this will have on the thousands of Rwandan soldiers deployed in Mozambique.
