CME FedWatch: After the release of CPI data, there is a 98.2% probability that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged this week
According to CME's "Fed Watch": The probability of the Fed maintaining interest rates in the range of 5.25% - 5.50% unchanged in December is 98.2%, and the probability of a 25 basis point rate hike is 1.8%. The probability of keeping interest rates unchanged until February next year is 92.2%, with a cumulative probability of a 25 basis point rate cut at 6.1% and a cumulative probability of a 25 basis point rate hike at 1.7%.
