Bloomberg ETF analyst: SEC may simultaneously approve all Bitcoin spot ETF applications
December 16th news, according to The Block, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart stated on The Scoop podcast that a Bitcoin spot ETF is likely to be approved before January 10th, 2024 because the ETF applications from Ark and 21Shares will reach their final deadline by then. The SEC has been strategically delaying in order to avoid giving one company a first-mover advantage. It is likely that the SEC will approve all applications simultaneously. However, Grayscale's ETF application is currently different from others and may not be approved immediately.
