CIAS: RPC failure due to high access volume, the recovery time will be notified 12 hours in advance

On December 18th, Celestia's inscribed CIAS announced that the casting process has reached about 29%, with a total of over 52,000 holders. Over 50% of the transactions on the Celestia chain are related to CIAS. Within one hour of its launch, it received over 1 million visits from more than 120,000 people, causing an RPC malfunction. The team will improve the user experience and restore the service as soon as possible, and will notify users of the restoration time 12 hours in advance.
