According to the SEC official website, Valkyrie has submitted an updated S-1 file for a Bitcoin spot ETF, with its fee standard still maintained at 0.8%. It is reported that the SEC requires ETF issuers to submit S-1 amendments before 8 o'clock this morning local time.
