The U.S. SEC has just released supplementary comments on the pending applicant's S-1
Perianne, the founder and CEO of the Chamber of Digital Commerce, tweeted that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has just issued supplementary comments on pending applicant S-1. In response to this, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart confirmed the news and said there will be more amendments tomorrow, but he does not believe that this supplementary comment is a signal for delay.
