Injective launches Volan upgrade, focusing on RWA and the integration with Cosmos chain
Injective, a Layer 1 blockchain based on Cosmos, has released a mainnet upgrade called Volan. The core of the upgrade is the integration of software modules focused on real-world assets (RWA). The goal is to enable institutions and individual users to access various structured products. These planned real-world asset products include tokenized fiat currency pairs, treasury bills, and exclusive credit products. Another aspect of the Volan upgrade is the expansion of Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) protocol on Injective, improving interaction between Injective and other chains within the Cosmos ecosystem.
