Ethereum core developer parithosh announced on social media that the Goerli fork has been finally confirmed. After applying the patches, validators are back online and the chain is once again finalizing. MEV circuit breaker is automatically disabled and MEV blocks have started functioning.
Furthermore, the number of blobs submitted to the network is normal.
