BlockSec: Governance attacks against NounsBR and Cult.DAO detected

Golden Finance reported that BlockSec stated on social media that the system detected suspicious transactions that appeared to be governance attacks against NounsBR and Cult.DAO. Due to the financial connections between the involved EOA, these attacks may have been carried out by the same attacker. Additionally, there were funds entering and leaving Binance.
