Ark Invest Report: The optimal allocation ratio for Bitcoin in the investment portfolio in 2023 is 19.4%
On February 1st, Ark Invest stated in the "Big Ideas 2024" report that research shows the optimal allocation ratio for Bitcoin in the investment portfolio for 2023 is 19.4%, compared to only 0.5% in 2015 and an average of 4.8% from 2016 to 2022. Allocating $250 trillion of global investable assets into Bitcoin would have a significant impact on its price. If 1% is allocated to Bitcoin, its price potential could reach $120,000; if allocated at the average rate of 4.8%, it could reach $550,000; and if allocated at the optimal rate of 19.4%, it could also reach $550,000. If financial assets migrate to blockchain infrastructure at a similar pace as the internet and fees related to decentralized financial services are one-third of traditional financial services, smart contracts can generate over $450 billion in annual fees and create a market value exceeding $50 trillion by respectively growing at compound annual growth rates of78% and32% by2030
