EigenLayer has reopened the re-staking window

Ethereum re-staking protocol EigenLayer announced that it has reopened the re-staking window, adding LST sfrxETH, mETH, and LsETH, and there is no upper limit for any LST. All deposits will be suspended again after 4 am on February 10th.
