Qtum: Plans to build tools to enable network support for BRC-20 tokens this year

Qtum announced on social media that it plans to build a set of tools this year to enable the Qtum network to support BRC-20 tokens, starting with support for Ordinals and BRC-20 tokens on the testnet.
