On February 22nd, according to @ai_9684xtpa monitoring, 2 minutes ago, a whale/institution that has accumulated 106,159 ETH withdrew another 17,188 ETH from the CEX exchange, approximately worth $50.41 million. The address has currently purchased a total of 123,347 ETH, around $363 million.
