According to the on-chain analyst Yu Jin's monitoring, 2 hours ago, rochee.eth withdrew 5.49 million ALT from CEX (equivalent to about 3.1 million USD). It has become the second largest individual/institutional address holding ALT (excluding project contract addresses and exchange platform addresses).
