HODL15Capital revealed on social media that "Mr.34" bought 156 bitcoins yesterday, marking his first purchase since December. He has bought 12,000 BTC within the $20,000 range. He initially purchased at a cyclical low of around $16,000 and subsequently took the opportunity to buy more.
