The three major U.S. stock indexes collectively opened higher, with Nvidia falling more than 1%

The Dow opened up 0.2%, the Nasdaq rose 0.19%, and the S&P 500 rose 0.19%. Star technology stocks Microsoft rose 1.24%, Apple rose 1.04%, and Nvidia fell 1.44%. Intel, Qualcomm and Google executives said they planned to fight Nvidia's dominance in the field of artificial intelligence software through the UXL Foundation.
