MakerDAO is considering allocating 600 million DAI to USDe

Decentralized finance (DeFi) project MakerDAO is considering distributing 600 million DAI to USDe and pledging USDe (sUSDe) through the DeFi lending protocol Morpho Labs. Both USDe and sUSDe are issued by stablecoin developer Ethena Labs. Seraphim Czecker, head of Ethena's growth, wrote on X that although it is currently in the proposal stage, if the MakerDAO community confirms this move, it will increase the total value locked in Ethena and meet internal expectations.
