The court will consider today a proposed settlement agreement with creditors in the Genesis bankruptcy case
PANews reported on April 16th that Genesis disclosed on the X platform that it submitted a revised proposed order yesterday, approving Gemini, Genesis, and other creditors to reach a global settlement in the Genesis bankruptcy case. The settlement agreement has been completed and submitted to the bankruptcy court for review. The bankruptcy court will review the settlement agreement at 23:00 Beijing time on April 16th on an undisputed basis.
