Jupiter launches budget vote for 3 working groups

On May 3rd, Jupiter announced that it has initiated budget voting for three working groups, including Catdet, Reddit, and Web Studio. Jupiter stated that the goal of these working groups is to obtain several months of funding to see if they can find good synergy with the community, team, and other working groups before submitting a complete budget proposal to JUP for long-term development.
