A multi-signature wallet withdrew 915.85 billion PEPE from CEX

Golden Finance reported that according to Spot On Chain monitoring, the multi-signature wallet 0x323 withdrew 915.85 billion PEPE (US$7.75 million) from Binance at a price of US$0.000008466 10 minutes ago. In the past 28 hours, the wallet has withdrawn 1.238 trillion PEPE (US$10.4 million) from CEX.
