The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.17% at the opening, the Nasdaq fell 0.65%, and the S&P 500 fell 0.36%. Star technology stocks Tesla fell 3.5%, Intel fell 2.22%, and Qualcomm fell 1.9%.
