Optimism: L3 built with OP Stack can now join the super chain

Optimism tweeted that the L3 built with OP Stack can now join the Superchain. The official statement says that joining the Superchain can access a wide network of Superchain builders and qualify for Retro funds, airdrops, and growth activities. In addition, to support L3 builders, OP Stack will launch two key features: custom Gas tokens and Plasma Mode.
