Puffer: The pledged EIGEN can be pledged to the Puffer official node

According to Puffer official news from DeepTide TechFlow, it is now possible to re-stake EIGEN that has already been staked on the EigenLayer re-staking page to Puffer official nodes. Puffer reminds users to carefully check the contract address to ensure delegation to official nodes.
