Eleanor Terrett: Ethereum ETF issuers must update 19b-4 filings by 10:30 AM
Golden Finance reported that Fox Business News reporter Eleanor Terrett posted on the X platform that the latest news is that the hearing issuer/exchange must update the 19b-4 document before 10:30 this morning. Based on Fidelity's update, it appears that scaling is not taking place. In addition, I heard that there was *some* contact with S-1, but it is unclear how substantial it was.
