MyAnimeList receives 300 million yen investment from Animoca Brands Japan and becomes Anime Foundation launch partner

Animoca Brands, Animoca Brands Japan, San FranTokyo, and MyAnimeList announced that they will be the founding partners of Anime Foundation. Prior to this strategic partnership, Animoca Brands Japan invested 300 million yen (approximately $1.91 million) in MyAnimeList. MyAnimeList is a global anime community website and database, and Anime Foundation will form a strategic alliance with Mocaverse, a large growth network with an interoperable account, identity, reputation, and PointFi system infrastructure layer provided by Animoca Brands.
