Bitcoin’s seven-day hash rate reaches a historic peak of 659 EH/s
Golden Finance reported that HashRateIndex reported that Bitcoin's seven-day hash rate reached a record high of 659 EH/s. In addition, according to Bitinfocharts, the average network hash rate reached 732 EH/s last weekend, a record high. HashRateIndex explained that the growth in hash rate may indicate that Bitcoin public miners are activating their ASIC orders as planned, which means that more powerful hardware is being turned on and competition will be more intense as more hashrate comes online.
