21Shares has updated its S-1 registration application for its Ethereum spot ETF, renaming the fund from "Ark 21Shares Ethereum ETF" to "21Shares Core Ethereum ETF". Previous news indicated that ARK Invest has ended its collaboration with 21Shares and will no longer participate in this ETF project.
