Gnosis DAO votes to spin off Karpatkey into a separate entity governed by the KPK token

Gnosis DAO has voted to split Karpatkey into an independent entity managed by KPK tokens. Since its launch, Karpatkey has managed over $2.6 billion in funds and provided risk management and on-chain financial services. According to a representative from Gnosis, Karpatkey's clients include Uniswap, Gnosis DAO, CoW, MakerDAO, Safe, and Arbitrum.
