Optimism: Alt-DA Mode Now Available in Beta OP Stack

Optimism announced on the X platform that the Alt-DA model is now available in the OP Stack beta, and that any DA tier can now build its own DA server to integrate into the OP Stack, with three decentralized DA tiers currently available: Celestia, EigenDA, and Avail.
