DeFiance Capital founder: The crypto market is maturing, and most altcoins have no investment value

Odaily News Arthur Cheong, founder and CEO of DeFiance Capital, posted on the X platform that the crypto market is maturing and will no longer see large fluctuations of 70-80% every two years, but will be like the complex long-term growth that the SP 500 experienced after the global financial crisis in 2008. With the exception of the crash caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the US stock market has either been flat or gradually rising. Every bear market prediction has been proven wrong, but returns are increasingly concentrated in large-cap and ultra-large-cap stocks, while value stocks and small-cap stocks have long been unpopular. If a similar situation occurs in the crypto market, most altcoins will be uninvestable, but some altcoins will bring amazing returns. Hopefully, we will see results similar to Nvidia every few years, while most altcoins may be disappointing.
