The Solana gaming chain, Sonic, plans to upgrade its test network tomorrow, during which on-chain interactions will be temporarily suspended
BlockBeats news, on July 2nd, Solana's atomic SVM Layer 2 Sonic released an update at X and will be upgraded at UTC time on July 3rd at 5 o'clock. During the six-hour upgrade period, interactions on the Odyssey chain will be suspended. After the upgrade is completed, a new ring lottery task will be launched on Odyssey.
In previous news, Solana's second-layer network Sonic completed a $12 million Series A financing round led by Bitkraft Ventures.
