The "German Government" wallet has once again transferred 1000 BTC to addresses such as CEX

PANews reported on July 8th, according to Arkham data, at 14:48 Beijing time, a wallet address marked as "German Government" transferred 250 Bitcoins each to Coinbase and Bitstamp, and another 500 Bitcoins to an address starting with 139PoPE1b.
