According to Santiment's latest findings, the market value of XRP has increased by 23% in the last 24 hours. This rapid growth coincides with massive hoarding by whales, as wallets holding between 1 million and 10 million XRPs on the chain now have a total of 7.06 billion XRPs valued at around $4.42 billion, an all-time high. As previously reported, a judge ruled that the exchange's XRP trading did not violate securities laws, fining Ripple $125 million in the SEC case.
