The Federal Reserve announces the preliminary schedule for FOMC meetings until January 2027
The Federal Reserve announced on Friday the tentative schedule for the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meetings in January 2025, 2026 and 2027. The Fed adheres to a traditional schedule of eight meetings per year. The FOMC statement will be released at 2 p.m. Eastern Time on the second day of the meeting, followed by a press conference held by the Fed Chairman at 2:30 p.m.
