ConsenSys appoints former Disney exec Dan Odell as CFO

Consensys has appointed Dan Odell as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).Odell has extensive financial and strategic management experience in Web3 technology, consumer applications, gaming, and media industries. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, taxation, finance, strategic financing, and investor relations.Prior to joining Consensys, Odell worked at Improbable, a metaverse technology company, where he successfully led the company through a strategic business model transformation. Previously, he worked at The Walt Disney Company for over 15 years, holding various key positions such as Vice President of Global Product Management for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, Chief Financial Officer for Maker Studios, and Chief Financial Officer for Mobile Games.
