Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin responded on social media to the "Optimism Layer2 network's support for standardizing asset transfers within the Ethereum ecosystem," stating that Optimism's work on REMOTESTATICCALL is excellent. Vitalik Buterin also mentioned that the next step is to standardize on-chain specific addresses, on-chain specific ENS, and ERC-3668 light clients.
