OpenAI: ChatGPT usage has doubled since last year

OpenAI said on Thursday that ChatGPT now has more than 200 million weekly active users, double the number a year ago. OpenAI also said that 92% of Fortune 500 companies are using its products, and that usage of its automatic API has doubled since the release of ChatGPT-4o in July.
