Linea: It is expected to achieve complete decentralization by the end of next year

In response to the timeline given by Declan, Freeman, a user interested in potential airdrop situations, commented "Linea is not ready yet, let's disperse brothers." To which Declan responded: "Full decentralization does not only refer to decentralized governance."
