Scroll Announces Scroll Open Program and Improved Marks System for Sessions 2

On October 20, according to official news, Scroll announced the launch of the Scroll Open program, designed to reward innovative and fast-growing developer programs, in addition to Scroll stating that Scroll Sessions 2 is about to launch an improved Marks system to reward more participation across the ecosystem, and that the new Scroll Sessions page and dashboard will go live in a few days.
