10月27日消息，据半岛电视台，伊朗议会议长卡利巴夫表示，与伊朗10月1日发起的导弹袭击相比，以色列对伊朗的袭击是失败的，并承诺德黑兰将进行报复。卡利巴夫称：“犹太复国主义政权除了种族灭绝和对加沙、黎巴嫩手无寸铁的儿童和妇女进行大规模屠杀之外，没有任何成就。今天，它在国际舞台上没有信誉。”“在固有的合法自卫权和《联合国宪章》第51条的框架内，伊朗有权自卫，对这种违规行为的回应将是确定的，这些规则将得到遵守。”
