According to chain analyst EmberCN, a giant whale/institution has recently increased its position in ETH, with the 0xb99.... .cf5 address has added 19,772 ETH (worth $49.62 million) in the last 3 days and continues to do so. The address has been increasing its ETH holdings since 9/17 and has raised a total of 54,272 ETH ($136.87 million) from CEX in a month and a half at an average price of $2,522.
