Grayscale Files Form 19b-4 with NYSE for Digital Large Cap Fund

On Nov. 4, Grayscale said it had filed a Form 19b-4 with the New York Stock Exchange Arca, Inc.(NYSE Arca) proposing to list and trade the Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund (GDLC) as an exchange-traded product (ETP), formally initiating the review process, which could take up to 240 days.
