CME Group: The average daily trading volume in 2024 will reach 26.5 million contracts, of which the average daily trading volume of crypto contracts

CME Group, a derivatives market, released market statistics showing that the average daily trading volume in 2024 will reach 26.5 million contracts, with a 203% increase in average daily trading volume of cryptocurrencies, reaching about 117,000 contracts (6.8 billion U.S. dollars), including:

1. Annual average daily trading volume of mini Bitcoin futures reaches 48,000 contracts;

2. Annual average daily trading volume of mini Ethereum futures reaches 41,000 contracts;

3. Annual average daily trading volume of Bitcoin futures reaches 16,000 contracts;

4. Annual average daily trading volume of Ethereum futures reaches 6,400 contracts.
