Aave Chan founder: Ethereum Foundation should immediately fire 80% of non-developers and current leaders

 Marc Zeller, founder of the Aave Chan Initiative (ACI) contribution team, posted on X stating that in order to solve the problems of the Ethereum Foundation, the following steps need to be taken:

1. Immediately dismiss 80% of non-developers and current leaders;

2. Convert the remaining ETH of the foundation into a market-tested LST combination;

3. Cut current subsidies by 95%, especially initiatives like "running nodes in Vultr";

4. Do not sell ETH, but use LST to borrow stablecoins through Sky/Aave and reduce operating costs.

5. Transfer the X account to @JimmyRagosa, @ethereumintern_, and @antiprosynth, who will post 20+ updates daily to promote the Ethereum ecosystem.
