Odaily Planet Daily reports that according to TON's official announcement, Telegram will implement new rules for blockchain mini-programs starting from February 21. The TON chain will become the exclusive blockchain infrastructure of the Telegram mini-program ecosystem. To facilitate a smooth transition, TON has launched a mini-program migration subsidy plan to support developers in migrating their mini-programs from other blockchains to TON. This plan provides up to $50,000 in advertising budget support for eligible projects and offers tools like TON Connect migration tool, technical support and marketing assistance.
