Zelensky calls on the United States to pressure Russia, promoting a ceasefire
On March 15, Ukrainian President Zelensky stated that Russian leader Putin has proposed additional conditions for a ceasefire, indicating that he does not want to cease fire. Zelensky said that the war cannot be allowed to drag on and called on the United States to "take strong measures to provide assistance, put pressure on Russia, and take decisive action to stop this conflict that has lasted for many years."
