NYDIG will acquire Crusoe's Bitcoin mining business
According to Globenewswire, NYDIG plans to acquire the Bitcoin mining business of AI infrastructure provider Crusoe, which includes Crusoe's Digital Flare Mitigation business, subject to regulatory approval, customary consent and final completion of the transaction. Upon completion of the transaction, approximately 135 Crusoe employees will join the NYDIG team and continue to operate this business under NYDIG. The transaction will not result in any job cuts. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. NYDIG plans to continue operating and investing in business growth.
