The Nasdaq 100 soared more than 10 per cent, its biggest gain since October 2008. The S&P 500 rose more than 8 per cent. In terms of individual stocks, Tesla rose more than 16 per cent, Nvidia rose more than 14 per cent, Apple rose more than 12 per cent, Meta rose more than 10 per cent, Amazon and Microsoft rose more than 8 per cent.
