OpenAI launches research preview of CODEX, a cloud-based software engineering agent
OpenAI announced the launch of a cloud-based software engineering agent CODEX research preview version. Codex will be released to ChatGPT Pro, Enterprise, and Team users on Friday, and will soon be available to Plus and Education users. Users will have access to Codex without additional charges in the coming weeks. After the free access period ends, limited access and flexible pricing plans will be introduced.
