Strategy "Insider" Sold $40 Million in Stocks Over the Past 90 Days
Jinse Finance report, Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) "insiders" have sold stocks worth $40 million in the past 90 days. It is reported that in the past three months, there was an average of one stock sale transaction per business day. The ratio of the number of stock sales to the number of stock purchases by the relevant insiders is 10:1. The individuals involved in the stock sales include the company's vice president, chief financial officer, and board members, all of whom basically sold their shares at high stock prices. However, Strategy's founder and executive chairman Michael Saylor has not yet sold any shares, and still holds about 19.6 million Class B shares and 382,000 Class A shares, representing an ownership percentage of about 8%.
